TPS79330DBVR 描述
A write operation requires an 8-bit data word address following the device address word and acknowledgment. Upon receipt of this ad- dress, the EEPROM will again respond with a zero and then clock in the first 8-bit data word. After receiving the 8-bit data word, the EEPROM will output a zero and the address- ing device, such as a microcontroller, must terminate the write sequence with a stop con- dition. At this time the EEPROM enters an internally-timed write cycle to the non-vola- tile memory. All inputs are disabled during this write cycle and EEPROM will not re- spond until the write is completed (refer to Byte write timing).
TPS79330DBVR 特点
The TPS79330DBVR provides three 16Cbit timer/counters, fullCduplex serial port (2), 256 bytes of direct RAM plus 1KB of extra MOVX RAM. I/O ports have the same operation as a standard 8051 product. Timers will default to a 12 clock per cycle operation to keep their timing compatible with original 8051 systems. However, timers are individually programmable to run at the new 4 clocks per cycle if desired. The PCA is not supported.
