1) CPD is defined as the value of the ICs internal equivalent capacitance which is calculated from the operating current consumption without load. (Refer to Test Circuit). Average operating current can be obtained by the following equation. ICC(opr) = CPD x VCC x fIN + ICC/16 (per circuit)
MC33078DR 特点
The MC33078DR is a fixed 1.2V of positive, linear regula- tor feature low quiescent current (30µA typ.) with low dropout voltage, making them ideal for battery applica- tions. The space-saving SOT-23-5 package is attractive for "Pocket" and "Hand Held" applications.
