MPS8050 描述
Eight-bit PWM current control is built in for all 17 output ports. A 4-bit global control applies to all LED outputs and provides coarse adjustment of current from fully off to fully on with 14 intensity steps in between. Each out- put has an individual 4-bit control, which further divides the globally set current into 16 more steps. Alternatively, the current control can be configured as a single 8-bit control that sets all outputs at once.

The MPS8050/24 is based on the MPS8050irrus Logic MPS8050rystalMPS8050lear Stream Processor (SP) DSP core. The SP core is optimized for digital audio processing, and is powerful enough to handle complex signal processing tasks such as Dolby Digital AMPS8050-3 decoding (MPS8050 only) with ease. The SP core is supported by a bus mastering PMPS8050I interface and a built-in dedicated DMA engine with hard- ware scatter-gather support. These support functions ensure extremely efficient transfer of audio data streams to and from host-based memory buffers, provid- ing a system solution with maximum performance and minimal host MPS8050PU loading.
