LMX2326TMX 描述
Multiple devices can be concatenated by using the CEO output to drive the CE input of the following device. The clock inputs and the DATA outputs of all PROMs in this chain are interconnected. All devices are compatible and can be cascaded with other members of the family or with the XC1700L one-time programmable Serial PROM family.

Figure 1 shows a block diagram of the LMX2326TMX, and pin descriptions are given in Table 1. The 64-bit ROLMX2326TMX stores the devices unique serial code. The scratchpad memory contains the 2-byte temperature register that stores the digital output from the temperature sensor. In addition, the scratchpad provides access to the 1-byte upper and lower alarm trigger registers (TH and TL). The TH and TL registers are nonvolatile (EEPROLMX2326TMX), so they will retain their data when the device is powered down.
