LM5007MM 描述
DVDD is the power supply for the I/O pins while CVDD is the power supply for the core CPU. VSS is the ground for both the I/O pins and the core CPU. ‡ PLLVDD and PLLVSS are isolated PLL supply pins that should be externally connected to CVDD and VSS, respectively.

The LM5007MMynix LM5007MM Series are Dual In-line Memory Modules suitable for easy interchange and addition of 256Mbytes memory. The LM5007MMynix LM5007MM Series are fully synchronous operation referenced to the positive edge of the clock . All inputs and outputs are synchronized with the rising edge of the clock input. The data paths are internally pipelined to achieve very high bandwidth.
