KTC8050 描述
The MCP1700 is capable of delivering 250 mA with only 178 mV of input to output voltage differential (VOUT = 2.8V). The output voltage tolerance of the MCP1700 is typically 0.4% at +25C and 3% maximum over the operating junction temperature range of -40C to +125C.
KTC8050 特点
The KTC8050 H-series are high speed 3.3-Volt synchronous dynamic RAM Modules composed of sixteen 32Mx8 bit Synchronous DRAMs in 54-pin TSOPII and 8-pin TSSOP 2K bit EEPROM on a 168-pin glass-epoxy printed circuit board. One 0.33mF and one 0.1mF decoupling capacitors per each SDRAM are mounted on the module.
