HCPL-6631 描述
Hynix HYMD232726B(L)8-M/K/H/L series incorporates SPD(serial presence detect). Serial presence detect function is implemented via a serial 2,048-bit EEPROM. The first 128 bytes of serial PD data are programmed by Hynix to identify DIMM type, capacity and other the information of DIMM and the last 128 bytes are available to the customer.
HCPL-6631 特点
The HCPL-6631 is a 8Mb flash memory that operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V. Since backup is not needed, the number of pins is small, and the chip is contained in a small-package 32-pin TSOP, the HCPL-6631 is a flash memory suitable for applications such as handy terminals. In combination with Oki´s recording/playback IC (MSM9888L/MSM9889L), a solid-state recording/ playback system can be easily constructed.
HCPL-6631 应用
The ICS601-01 is a low cost, low phase noise, high performance clock synthesizer for any applications that require low phase noise and low jitter. It is ICS lowest phase noise multiplier, and also the lowest CMOS part in the industry. Using ICS patented analog and digital Phase Locked Loop (PLL) techniques, the chip accepts a 10-27 MHz crystal or clock input, and produces output clocks up to 156 MHz at 3.3 V.
