T1635H-6T 描述
The Intersil family of Star*Power FETs includes a series of devices in various voltage, current and package styles. The portfolio consists of Star*Power and Star*Power Gold products. Star*Power FETs are optimized for total dose and rDS(ON) while exhibiting SEE capability at full rated voltage up to an LET of 37. Star*Power Gold FETs have been optimized for SEE and Gate Charge combining SEE performance to 80% of the rated voltage for an LET of 82 with extremely low gate charge characteristics.
T1635H-6T 特点
The UTC T1635H-6T is a positive voltage output, three-pin regulator, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The UTC T1635H-6T consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver. Transient response to load variations have improved in comparison to the existing series.
