STPS20S100CT 描述
The constant-frequency, current-mode PWM architecture provides for low output noise that is easy to filter. A 40V lateral DMOS device is used as the internal power switch, making the devices ideal for boost converters up to 36V. The MAX5026 adjustable version requires the use of external feedback resistors to set the output voltage.

Command Line Editing - A backspace can be used to edit the command line beforeexecution. The backspace erases the previous character in the command line. Register S5 allows selection of a character other than a backspace to edit the command line.

Some µP’s (such as Motorola 68HC11) have biCdirectional reset pins. Depending on the current drive capability of the processor pin, an indeterminate logic level may result if there is a logic conflict. This can be avoided by adding a 4.7kW resistor in series with the output of the MAX809/810 (Figure 3). If there are other components in the system which require a reset signal, they should be buffered so as not to load the reset line. If the other components are required to follow the reset I/O of the µP, the buffer should be connected as shown with the solid line.
