Maximum ratings applied to the device are individual stress limit values (not normal operating conditions) and are not valid simultaneously. If these limits are exceeded, device functional operation is not implied, damage may occur and reliability may be affected. 1. Figure 25 provides thermal resistance versus pc board pad size.

    The MSP430F4361IPNR and MSP430F4361IPNR dual differential line receivers are designed to sense small differential signals in the presence of large common-mode noise. These devices give TTL-compatible output signals as a function of the differential input voltage. The open-collector output configuration permits the wire-ANDing of similar TTL outputs (suchasMSP430F4361IPNRN5401/MSP430F4361IPNRN7401)orother MSP430F4361IPNR/MSP430F4361IPNR line receivers. This permits a level of logic to be implemented without extra delay.
