MSP430F169IPM 特点
The MSP430F169IPMs on-chip DMA controller allows zero-overhead data transfers without processor interven- tion. The DMA controller operates independently and invisibly to the processor core, allowing DMA operations to occur while the core is simultaneously executing its program instructions. DMA transfers can occur between the MSP430F169IPMs internal memory and external memory, external peripherals, or a host processor. DMA transfers can also occur between the MSP430F169IPMs internal memory and its serial ports or link ports. External bus packing to 16-, 32-, 48-, or 64-bit words is performed during DMA transfers. The ULN2001A, ULN2002A, ULN2003A, and ULN2004A are monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays. Each consists of seven npn Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. The collector-current rating of a single Darlington pair is 500 mA. The Darlington pairs may be paralleled for higher current capability. Applications include relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers (LED and gas discharge), line drivers, and logic buffers.
